FAQ’s
Can I supply my own food and beverage?
Yes, we are a BYO drinks and Self-Catering venue which helps keeps the costs down. You might like to consider using one of our catering partners, bar and food mobile services. There is a Bar and kitchen available for use. We have a fridge / freezer and a large esky for BYO drinks. Another option is to buy a keg down the road with our partner ‘ Slipstream Brewery’ and hook it up to our Bar Tap
Is there availability for a site visit to see where we can set things up?
Yes , come and visit the site before your party. Please note it’s a Recording Studio during the week so the venue is not setup for private events at this time.
What type of Events or parties do you usually host?
Our space is a great spot for a party and can be re-arranged to suit the event or party. We also don’t have the limitations of licensed venues - as our event space is for ‘ private’ event/ parties only -meaning you get better value and a longer time available!. Therefore we get a wide range of requests such as:
special event birthday parties ( 21st’s , 40ths , etc)
Business end of year and special gatherings
Workshops - such as candle making and songwriting workshops
Ticketed band shows
Who handles Third party suppliers and item drop off and pickups?
Any third party supplier involved in your event must drop off items after noon on the day of your event. The party host must meet the supplier on site to unlock the venue for delivery.
For item pick up, the supplier must pick these items up the next day prior to 12 noon. Should this not be possible it is the party hosts responsibility to remove the item and arrange the supplier to pick up from their home address. No items can be left on the premises past Midday the following day of the event.
Are food trucks accepted?
Yes, Food trucks with an appropriate on-street operating licence can park on the driveway of the Hall of Fame. Please discuss this with the venue directly, or request a list of vendors we deal with.
How much time prior to the event can we have to set up?
Setup is from 2pm on Event day and Pack Down is on the night at the conclusion of the party. Additional venue hire charges apply after 2.30 am
Can I host an event if I’m under the age of 25 years old?
There is a requirement, at least two responsible adults over 25 years of age, have provided licence and contact details to Hall of Fame. They must be present throughout the entire event.
What AV equipment is included in the venue hire?
1 Pre Sonus Studio Live AR22 22 Channel Mixer<br>2x 15” front of house loud speakers
2x 10” foldback loud speakers to stage
1 x 12” sub woofers

Music Can we play out own? Are we allowed bands/ DJ's
Yes the facility is set up for a plug and play to play off your phone or laptop through the inhouse PA. You can also hire a band or DJ. Please contact Hall of Fame if you wish to obtain referral to a band/ DJ for the event.
What is the venue capacity?

What time can I access the venue?
Bump In from 2pm
Bump out at the conclusion of the event. Additional venue hire charges apply after 2.30am

Can vehicle access the venue for bumpin?
Direct drive-in vehicle access for efficient bump-in/out
What is included in the venue hire?
400l Double Fridge / Freezer
Kitchenette with running water/ Sink /Meal prep stainless steel bench

How can I play a slideshow from my laptop?
You can easily screen a slideshow of all your most memorable moments by using a USB connecting thru our onsite tablet.
Is there wifi connection?
Yes, there is wi-fi connectivity at the venue.
Do I need Security for my party?
Security is mandatory for ticketed events and those over 100 patrons. Hall of Fame will assist in booking security on the night. Additional hours of security is charged to the party hosts account to fully cover the event. This applies when parties run over the nominated duration in the booking form. This is at the discretion of the Hall of Fame management.
Security can be booked through the venue from $300 should this be a requirement. Please discuss your security needs with the venue directly.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of free on-street parking available. We have supplied a map with parking layout.
What entertainment can we have at the venue?
The Hall of Fame is set up for bands, DJ or simply stream your own music from your mobile phone. An AUX connection is available.
What are the toilet Facilities?
We have Male and Female toliets and a urinal on-site located under Unit 3 at the bottom of the driveway
How should we leave the premises?
All rubbish, decorations and food and beverage must be removed from the premises. It must be left the way you found it. Pack down and clean up must be undertaken at the conclusion of your party.
Is Cleaning included in the venue hire?
Basic cleaning fee is included in the venue hire. This includes sweeping and mopping the floor and cleaning the toilets. Please leave the venue free of any obstructions so the cleaner can easily proceed with the basic clean. It does not include extraordinary cleaning such as broken glass, paper towels or toilet paper on the floor, and blocked and filthy toilets. Equipment is provided to assist with any clean-up required during the party.
Where can we dispose of our rubbish?
Wheelie Bins are provided for all bottles, food and any decorations outside the front roller door of the Hall of Fame.
Are there rubbish bins inside the venue?
3 x rubbish bins with liners are provided inside the venue for your guests use.
When do we need to pack down the event?
Pack down and clean up must be undertaken at the conclusion of your party. Additional venue hire charges apply after 2.30am. Pick -up of bulky items allowable to 10am the following morning
Is smoking allowed at the venue?
Hall of fame by law does not permit smoking inside the venue. There is an outside smoking area and ash trays for your convenience.
Is there any facility to heat up food?
Yes, a microwave is available within the kitchenette. The Stainless steel kitchen preparation bench has power points for any further equipment you bring.
Is there any facility to clean dishes?
Yes a sink with hot and cold water is supplied for washing up.
